Mostly customer have to bear the shipping charges for returning the item to us.
We allow for item return and customer's choice of a full refund or replacement item(s) if only customer's meet reason as below :
i) Product we send does not match with customer's order (e.g. : wrong size or wrong colour)
ii) Customer made fully payment for the item which is out of stock
iii) Product(s) damaged during delivery
Condition : i) Do not cut the label. All product’s labels and tags are intact
ii) unused, not damaged and in re-saleable condition together with the any associated accessories and documentation.
iii) Promotion, discounted and special priced of product are final sales and not entitle or eligible for exchange.
iv) Delivery charges for the replacement exchange items are to be borne by Clients. We will not hold responsible for loss or goods damaged on the way back for an exchange. Please pack your returned items properly and recommend returning via recorded delivery service provider. We reserve the right not to accept the return.
iv) All Change, Replace or Refund must is applying less than 7 days after buyer received the item.

i) The goods which received is not look alike with the photo that show from the web store, not within the buyer imagination or can't match the buyer expectation, not comfortable to wear, difference of size, the material, or fabric too thin or transparent, thread problem, too many fold or pleted, the problem of workmanship and so on.
ii) The causes that not affect the dress up such as: the sewing from the lining part problem, minors stain problem, and the packing smell.
iii) Due to the differences display conditions in computer, all the items or products that show in the web store will have slightly difference from the colour quality of material from the actual products, and the correct products will base on the actual product that you received.
iv) Due to the manual measurement, there will be 1-2cm difference from the actual product.
v) When the goods is arrived the said shipping address but no recipient to receive the goods, the web store owner will not responsible for all the causes which will be occur, example: goods get lost, late delivery and the extra charge shipping fee
